So Here Are Top 10 Games Like The Sims That You Must Try for PC!

10. House Flipper

House Flipper

The Sims 4 truly achieved the perfect house building system into a game of its own. Spending a good portion of time building a giant mansion twanged straight out of your creative juices is incredibly satisfying and delightful. So, If building up towns and decorating houses is the main attraction for you, then the House Flipper is the answer to all you peeps.

House Flipper is a new breed of simulator games that exerts a surprisingly thoughtful approach to a wonderful subject for simulation. You are a handy person looking to earn some extra bucks by buying property, fixing it up and flipping it all over!

Transforming a dirty, cockroach-infested kitchen into a gleaming, beautifully designed kitchen makes you feel like a real DIY champion. All in first-person with some very fun construction mechanics, you can let your creative juices flow and give some awful houses a new lease of life in any style you want.

9. Virtual Families 2

Virtual Families 2

Virtual Family is an outstanding game where players “adopt” an adult with pre-assigned features, put them in a house, and help them expand full virtual lives, from careers to families. Virtual Families is designed to be similar to, but simpler than, The Sims. Various random events will happen, and you have to help them learn everything and survive on their toes. You can boost their personalities, which is a great bonus to the sims like games.

It’s worth mentioning that Virtual Families 2 runs exactly like in real life, which means that one minute of the game is one minute in real life. When you come to play during the night time, it will be the night of the game too. That makes the gameplay exciting and prevents you from being repetitive.

The Game puts more emphasis on home life. You can restore your house, raise a pet, and purchase new stuff for the home.

8. 7 Sins

7 Sins

7 Sins is yet another life simulation game where you control a male character who lives in a city of wealth, fame, and sex. Players guide their character through social decisions related to the seven dangerous sins. The game sets its foot in Apple City. Throughout the game, the player’s choices are based on dignity, wrath, selfishness, envy, desire, sloth, and gluttony.

7 Sins is quite similar to Sims because of graphics, gameplay, and mechanics but you have to note that this game is rated 18+ because it includes some adult touch as it goes by. At the same time, the dialogue could be uncomfortable, but your choices will change the perspective of the game.

Climbing the cultural ladder in the game needs building relationships, which opens new missions. The game features over 100 other characters to socialize and build relationships throughout the game.

7. Farm For Your Life

Farm For Your Life

The game title might not sound cool, but the game is. Normally in farming simulators, you grow a farm and protect it from bad weather, expand your land, and sell the crops. This is always fun, but it can sometimes become a bit boring. But, in Farm for your Life, you never get bored as it offers a mixture of different genres in a single game.

You can grow a farm and expand it as a farming simulator and you also get to protect your farm from zombies by using defenses which also makes Farm for your life a tower-defense game, and in addition, you also run a restaurant. So, Farm for your Life is a weird (Good weird) mixture of different genres into one fun game that offers a little something for everyone.

6. Graveyard Keeper

Graveyard Keeper

Where there is a life sim, death will follow. If you’re looking for something a bit darker in tone and a lot more unusual, Graveyard Keeper will hit all the correct notes. Graveyard Keeper is a graveyard-keeping sim where you control a character who tends to an antiquated cemetery. You manage the character’s time and energy while clearing the land, digging graves, and putting headstones. You can also craft goods, gather supplies, and interact with citizens of the nearby village.

A free DLC adds the capability to restore the dead and give them tasks. Though you can earn profits to expand your graveyard, the game has no definite ending, allowing you to continue playing endlessly.

The darker side doesn’t just begin from the element of death though,  plenty of questionable judgments will pop along the way that will make the decisions you make in the Sims seem like a piece of cake.

5. Cities: Skylines

Cities: Skylines

Who doesn’t love to decide the fate of Sims? Whether you help them fulfill their dreams, or be the cause of their demise by trapping them in a swimming pool or setting a stove on fire (i highly recommend doing this once :), having all the God-Like power is what makes it so much exiting. If this is the reason you love playing life simulation games, then Paradox’s Cities: Skylines will fulfill all your desire to be a virtual god.

Instead of managing a house, you manage an entire city, in all possible ways to help it survive or cause chaos. And if building and designing is your main attraction, you’ll be glad to know that you get to design and build up a whole city of yours.

If you thought managing a big family household or a small town was a challenge, then buckle up, as managing a city takes Real Life Simulation to a whole another level. Facing natural disasters, pollution, and traffic jams are just some of the problems a city can go through, and you can deal with it in whatever way you want, Afterall, you are the god of this city!

4. Kudos

Kudos

If controlling someone else’s life is the part of The Sims that interests to you, then you’ll love Kudos. Kudos, developed in 2006 bu Positech Games, aims to give players total control over the life of someone. You can decide the character’s job, who they cling out with, and what are their hobbies for their spare time.

The game is more centered on character life than on 3D visuals. You play in turns, that is one day of your virtual life, and you can select different activities that will develop your character and its existence when it comes to intelligence, personality, and body.

You can create stuff for your characters such as a restaurant or a house, but this game concentrates more on the mental aspect of the character and the smallest decision can create chaos and end up in some consequences. If you want to be in total control of your character, then you should prefer this fantastic game. However, you can only control your character for 10 years, i.e till your character reaches 30.

3. Habbo

Habbo

Habbo is one of the most successful online social network service which you can enjoy from 150 different countries. The game works through pixel animations which will strike you a unique feel where you can sketch an avatar and design your rooms from floors to ceiling and add different sets of furniture.

You can also socialize with other players, and it is expected that most of them are teens between 13 and 18 years old who are much more fun to socialize with.

The best thing about the game is that it’s free to play and allows you to buy virtual currency with real money to improve and customize everything inside.

2. Stardew Valley

Stardew Valley

The Stardew Valley grew the gaming world’s love for the Real Life Simulator genre, and it will always have a special place in our hearts. I have been playing the game since its original release and reached year 10 in my first save and pushed myself for completing the community center upgrades in just a year for my second save, and also supported Jojamart just to let myself an excuse for a third save. Like many others, I was obsessed with the game for bringing the farm and life simulator genre to PC.

Just like the Sims, you can build relationships with every character in each family of the Valley, and all the residents have their own unique story and history. There’s so much more than satisfies the eye to this delightful RPG. Fishing, cooking, mining, farming, and raising farm animals are just a few ways to keep yourself occupied. From its relatable characters to its deep secrets, playing one in-game day’s worth won’t be sufficient. Before you know it, you’ll invest hours upon hours into making your farm just right without realizing how much time has passed you by.

1. My time At Portia

My time At Portia

My Time at Portia is the best way to satisfy your The Sims-like cravings. My Time at Portia is like its next-generation cousin. Next-generation is relative of course, and in this case, I meant Playstation 1, not 5.

Unlike Stardew Valley, in My Time at Portia, you get to upgrade a whole town and not just your property. If you were looking to avoid the slow upgrading pace and the daily grind of farming and tasks, I’d recommend you try Dragon Quest Builders 2 instead.

The upside of this is that with the improved animations, there is an insane amount of customization available in buildings and fun objects to find. My Time at Portia is still getting support and updates, so it’s a good time to check it out.

I hope you loved our list of ‘Top 10 Games Like The Sims’.These games are purely ranked as per my experience which may vary from players to players.
